No. Also, some pizzerias may have additional limitations on their gift certificates. These are clearly written on each gift certificate.

How can I pay for my gift certificates?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Paypal.

What is a promo code and how do I use it?

During certain promotions, we may include a promo code in your email. Simply copy this code into the "Promo Code" box on your checkout page and the specified discount will be deducted from your final balance. Restrictions may apply. Please see our Terms of Use page for details.

How can I get my favorite pizzerias to join Pizzerias.com?

If you don't see your favorite pizzeria, encourage them to sign up with us. If they do, we'll deposit $50 into your Pizzerias.com account to enjoy on future gift certificates. Thanks!

What happens if the pizzeria that I bought the gift certificate to closes?

Not to worry. Contact us and we'll credit your account what you paid for the certificate. You can then enjoy it at another pizzeria!

REFERRALS

Do I get anything for referring a friend to sign up with you?

Definitely! Once your friend signs up and makes their first purchase, we'll credit your account $5. The more friends you refer, the more pizza you get to enjoy for less dough.

Can I refer as many people as I want?

Yes!

No. You choose who gets rewarded when you sign up through one of the referral emails.

Can I sign up online?

Yes, of course. We try to make partnering with us easy for you. The application can easily be completed within 10 minutes.

How long does it take to have my customized page up and running?

Once you complete the short application with information about your pizzeria, the primary contact, hours of operation, choosing gift certificate denominations and limitations, and uploading your menu and logo, you'll be up and running in 2-3 business days.

What is the length of my commitment with Pizzerias.com?

When signing up with Pizzerias.com, you are not bound by a time commitment. Since we want to create long-term and equitable partnerships with pizzerias, we will work to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.

How do I validate Pizzerias.com gift certificates?

Once a customer presents the gift certificate to you and the limitations that are set by you have been met, you or one of your employees can either call our toll-free number 1-866-408-4440 and enter the validation number located on the bottom of the gift certificate when prompted, or you can enter it through your Pizzeria Management Center.

What if I already have a website?

Great news! We will place a direct link from your customized Pizzerias.com page to your existing website. This will expose your business to additional customers nationwide by driving traffic to your website.

If chosen, your pizzeria will be on our front page for the entire month with a link to a feature writeup about your store and a link to your website. In order to be selected as the Featured Pizzeria of the Month, our customers will vote the month before. As we grow, we'll feature pizzerias by state.
